Chi-Ling is Plenary’s Asia representative, responsible for originating project opportunities in the region.
She has specialised in advising upon and arranging debt financing for a range of Plenary's public-private partnership projects.
Chi-Ling joined Plenary in 2006 and has been actively involved in the successful financing of the majority of our major infrastructure investments including arranging debt financings for the Sydney Metro Northwest project and Gold Coast Light Rail augmentation, and managed the original debt financings for the Toowoomba Second Range Crossing, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre and Barwon Biosolids Management projects.
Before joining Plenary, Chi-Ling worked in Hong Kong and Melbourne for the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ where she was responsible for sourcing and executing project and corporate financing transactions across Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining BTMU, Chi-Ling was based in London where she was responsible for the non-recourse financing of a number of major independent power projects for InterGen, and was a key member of the project finance advisory team of Schroders.
