People

Paul is a co-founder of Plenary and was the Asia Pacific CEO from 2004 until 2019. He is now a non-executive director and remains on key project boards, including Sydney Metro – Northwest, City & Southwest and Western Sydney Airport (the latter as Chair).

Before Plenary Paul worked at ABN AMRO for nine years in the Infrastructure Capital team, including as head of the group.  Prior to ABN AMRO, Paul worked at KPMG in the Audit and Advisory division.

Paul is a member of the Advisory Council for the University of Wollongong SMART Infrastructure Facility.  He is also a board director of SCEGGS Darlinghurst and the Belvoir Theatre.
