MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA - Plenary has strengthened its commercial development and property credentials, welcoming Stephen So to its Melbourne office as Associate Director, Origination.

Stephen has more than 12 years of experience in real estate with a career that has covered feasibility assessment, deal structuring, due diligence and capital arranging.

He joins following recent roles as Director at IDA Property Group and prior to that in KPMG’s real estate team.

Head of Origination Paul Crowe said Stephen will support and drive the development of the ever-increasing property opportunities Plenary is seeing associated with infrastructure procurement and delivery.

“As Australia’s metropolitan and regional areas continue to grow, governments are increasingly looking to partner with industry to develop the infrastructure that our growing communities need,” Mr Crowe said.

“We are excited about the pipeline of infrastructure and integrated property projects arising as governments around the country map out their long-term approaches to population growth.”

In Australia Plenary has now grown to more than 100 directly-engaged specialists, with a project portfolio of 14 public-private partnership projects worth more than $15 billion.

Plenary adopts a holistic approach to delivering projects that embraces finance, design and construction, complementary commercial development, asset management and operations.
