Feedback process

Plenary welcomes and appreciates feedback regarding the manner in which it provides services to persons with disabilities.

Feedback can be provided through the Contact page or via reception at our Toronto office.

Plenary will make best efforts to respond within two weeks of receiving feedback in regards to the manner in which it provides goods and services to people with disabilities. However, in certain circumstances, Plenary may be required to take further action to effectively address the feedback. 

In these circumstances, the individual will receive an acknowledgement that their feedback has been received within two weeks and they can expect a full response as soon as Plenary has the information required to effectively address the feedback.
