QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA: Three schools in southeast Queensland reached stage 1 completion earlier this month in time for the start of the new academic year.

As part of the Queensland Schools Project, students at Redbank Plains, Caboolture North East and Bellbird Park experienced the new facilities as they started school for the year.

Plenary Group Chief Operating Officer Glen Hay said the Plenary Schools team has worked closely with the State of Queensland to ensure the schools are delivered on time and on budget to the highest standard.

“These three schools add to the six schools now operating as a part of the project designed to meet the demand in education for rapidly expanding regions in Queensland,” Mr Hay said.

The commencement of the school year also marked the completion of stage two at Burpengary State Secondary School and Pimpama State Primary College, wrapping up construction on both of the sites.

The schools are in a package of 10 schools being delivered as a part of the Queensland Schools Project, through a partnership between Plenary Schools and the Queensland Department of Education and Training.

All schools are expected to be fully complete by the start of the 2019 academic year.

Plenary Schools has the contract to design, construct and maintain the schools for a 30-year period.
